Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional experience or formal trade schooling in mechanical, electrical, or computer fields
Hands-on experience with Wayne or Gilbarco fuel dispensers
Prior experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) installation or repair, specifically Verifone systems
Experience or working knowledge of computer networking
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Clean driving record with commitment to rigorous safety standards
Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and lift up to 75 lbs
High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Travel to various sites to troubleshoot and repair fuel dispensers and point-of-sale (POS) systems
Replace hanging hardware and diagnose complex electrical or mechanical failures
Manage your own service calls and document work accurately
Ensure all repairs are completed to code and safety standards
Become a technical subject matter expert over time
Participate in regular training to keep certifications current and expand knowledge of facility systems
Build trusted relationships with customers through clear communication and reliable support
