About The Position

The Sales Associate provides excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, sharing knowledge about pet care, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds at times.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers with product recommendations and pet care advice.
• Maintains clean, safe, and well-stocked sales floor areas.
• Monitors and replenishes merchandise displays.
• Provides accurate information about promotions, loyalty programs, and store policies.
• Works closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assists with customer returns, exchanges, and problem resolution.
• Supports the register area when needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
