Requirements

• 2+ years as a professional groomer.
• Expertise in modern grooming practices, animal behavior knowledge, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• A love for pets and the art of grooming.
• Ability to handle pets of all sizes.
• Eagerness to grow your client base and contribute to the team.
• Comfortable using technology to enhance the pet parent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Fear Free, HABRI, or Low-Stress Handling certification.
• Experience grooming cats.
• Continuing education or certifications in pet grooming.

Responsibilities

• Delivering professional grooming services tailored to each pet’s needs.
• Building and maintaining a loyal client base through excellent service and communication.
• Applying advanced grooming techniques, including contemporary cuts, coloring, and styling.
• Collaborating with veterinary, daycare, and retail teams to enhance the overall pet care experience.
• Maintaining a clean, safe workspace and promoting all center services.
