Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of pet care experience.
• Must have a smart phone for communication.
• Must have a personal vehicle that meets insurability and safety standards.
• Must love animals and be comfortable receiving affection from pets of all types and sizes.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes independently to visit and care for assigned animals.
• Provide dog walks, fenced in yard time, playtime and/or indoor playtime based on clients' preferences.
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling and be available on short notice for same day service requests.
• Communicate with the team and provide excellent customer service using a smart phone.
• Ensure personal vehicle meets insurability and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to feedback, issues, and concerns positively.
• Give TLC to pets, including walking dogs, feeding pets, scooping kitty litter, administering medication, cleaning pet bowls, and picking up after pets outside.
• Assist clients with basic home care duties such as bringing in mail/packages, taking out trash, watering plants, and rotating lights as requested.
