About The Position

All Valley Animal Resort is looking for a dedicated Part-time Resort Team Member who is passionate about animals and customer service. This role involves interacting with both pets and their owners, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for animal handling, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and contributing to a team-oriented workplace.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in animal handling is required.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
• Comfortable handling both dogs and cats.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours a day.
• Strong memory for client and patient names.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends as scheduled.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle and care for dogs and cats in the resort.
• Provide excellent customer service to pet parents.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for animals and clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their pets.
• Assist with scheduling and managing client appointments.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
