About The Position
As a Pet Boarding Assistant Manager at K9 Resorts of Malvern, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work with both people and dogs. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in pet boarding, kennel management, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail.
- Knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management.
- Demonstrate a love for dogs.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the mission and goals of K9 Resorts.
- Maintain a strong resort culture by adhering to Company Values and Mission.
- Familiarize yourself with budgets, revenue, and controllable expenses.
- Empower employees to take responsibility for their roles and goals; delegate tasks and expect accountability and feedback.
- Follow all operational procedures as outlined in the K9 Resorts Operations Manual.
- Be knowledgeable of all basic functions of the point-of-sale system.
- Open the building in the morning and ensure its security at closing.
- Provide tours of the facility to potential customers.
- Develop and implement pet feeding/medication schedules, and feed/medicate dogs when necessary.
- Be capable of performing any job requirement of any staff member at any time.
