Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, business-minded individual to lead our sales effort. This is a role for someone with a proven ability to create and manage multiple lead generation efforts and close a sale – memberships. ABOUT YOU: You love dogs. THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PPRM IS TO GROW THE NUMBER OF DOGS IN DAYCARE

Requirements

Proven work experience in sales
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Responsibilities

Fully understand the daycare and boarding model
Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our services
Sell passes and memberships to new pet parents
Plan and manage the Social Media campaign(s) for the Center
Determine and effectively manage the digital spend for the Center
Establish and manage the Guerilla Marketing effort for the Center
Implement and manage the Guerilla Marketing Campaign
Manage the referral program
Convert generated leads to a Meet and Greet at the Center
Convert the Meet & Greets to a pass or membership sale
Conduct the 11 Stop Tour to prospective pet parents at the Meet & Greet
Manage the communications between prospective leads and the Center
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status report
