About The Position

Dogtopia is looking for fellow dog lovers to join our growing team as a Pet Parent Concierge! Dogtopia is the industry leader in dog daycare, where health and safety is always our #1 priority. Requirements

• Reliable attendance
• Sales and scheduling experience is a bonus but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Answering phones and emails
• Greeting Pet Parents
• Answering Pet Parent questions and collecting their information
• Educating Pet Parents about Dogtopia and our requirements, as well as our Weekly Wellness Plans
• Scheduling services and setting up Meet & Greets
• Checking dogs in and out
• Escorting dogs to and from their Pet Parents
• Giving tours
• Understanding our Dogtopia-isms
• Maintain a neat and organized environment
