Our custom-designed mobile pet grooming vans come equipped with air conditioning, heating, electricity, and water—without the need for external hookups. We prioritize eco-friendliness and provide a spacious, comfortable environment for pets to move freely, allowing groomers to focus on each pet’s individual needs. At Aussie Pet Mobile, we offer a 100% cage-free, one-on-one grooming experience—all in the convenience of our clients' driveways. Requirements
- No degree is required; we are looking for groomers with experience.
Responsibilities
- Focus on providing luxury one-on-one care to pups daily while working independently in our grooming vans.
- Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can groom.
- Fall in love with grooming with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment.
Benefits
- $300 - $500 per day including commission and tips (4-6 dogs a day)
- $375 customer excellence monthly bonus
- $250 refer-a-groomer bonus
- $400 annual equipment/tool allowance
- 4 or 5-day work weeks with schedule flexible
- Paid time off and paid holidays
- Continuing education stipend and potential annual training seminar
- Fuel cost and tools/supplies are covered
- Our groomers are allowed to decline aggressive dogs (and still receive pay for that appointment)
