Bring your passion and experience to Altitude Veterinary Hospital! We are looking for an experienced groomer to join our dedicated team to support our loyal clients and adorable patients.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work with other groomers
• Ability to lift dogs that weigh up to 50 pounds
• Grooming abilities
• Calming presence to soothe dogs
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to pass a background check
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work on a team

Responsibilities

• Clean the dog's teeth
• Maintaining an upbeat attitude
• Calming techniques
• Ensure company policies are being followed
• Communicate effectively with clients to find out what they need
• Shampoo and wash a dog's hair or fur
• Create a welcoming environment for dogs and their owners
• Cut or shave a dog's hair or fur
