Must have overall 2.8GPA Transportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work. Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Requirements

• Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree in Food Science with an Animal Science or Pet Food focus with an expected graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2028.
• Must have overall 2.8GPA
• Transportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work.
• Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations.
• Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
• Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2026.
• PPE will be required, boots, hardhats due to certain environments in the plant.

Responsibilities

• Formulation Support: Batch, modify bases, screen ingredients, and make minor formulation changes under the supervision of a Scientist. Update formulas in the database accordingly.
• Data Generation: Produce data for customer demo sheets and prepare sample shipments.
• Technical Analysis: Perform analysis on samples and accurately record results in project files.
• Math Proficiency: Conduct basic math conversions as needed.
• Lab Maintenance: Ensure lab safety, organization, and cleanliness. Engage in practices to prevent foodborne illness or injury and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and order ingredient stock for sampling, store products correctly to maintain integrity, and ensure an organized workspace.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
