PET/CT Technologist - MSK Nassau Excellent opportunity at MSK Nassau! We are seeking a PET/CT Technologist to join our growing team at MSK Nassau in Uniondale, NY. Role Overview: Perform all PET imaging procedures with minimal supervision as directed by a Nuclear Medicine physician or radiologist. Ensure accurate patient positioning, image acquisition, and quality control for PET studies. Maintain compliance with safety standards for radiopharmaceutical handling and radiation protection. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements

  • Requires diploma from a Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) and Radiological program ARRT(R) approved by JCERT.
  • CT Certification required.
  • NYS License required.
  • Dual License (RT) in PET and CT Required.
  • Ability to perform x-rays/portables as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate of approved radiography program (XR- License) Preferred.
  • 3+ Years Experience Preferred.
  • Academic Hospital Setting Experience Preferred.
  • GE PET/CT Experience a plus.
  • AART(N) or CNMT Certification a plus.
