About The Position
Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator/Dispatcher at our Charlotte, North Carolina location at a starting wage of $17 per hour. The Care Coordinator/Dispatcher position is offered a full benefit package (401K match, medical, FSA/HSA for medical and dependent care, dental, vision, company paid life insurance, voluntary pet insurance, short term and long-term disability insurance) that is available after 30 days of employment. This is an afternoon/evening position and one weekend day per week is required. The successful candidate will lead a professional and effective staff, ensuring that our services exceed the expectations of veterinary clinics and families. Acting with a sense of ownership, they will uphold our standards of compassion, quality, honesty, integrity, and dignity.
