About The Position
Love animals—but also value structure, communication, and being part of a team? Keep reading. The Pet Care Club of Seattle is hiring a Pet Care Specialist to support our Phinney Ridge routes. We’re seeking candidates who take pride in showing up on time, following instructions, and building trust with clients and pets. This is a W-2 employee position, not a gig or on-demand app role. Routes are concentrated in Phinney Ridge, Ballard, Magnolia, and/or Fremont areas and are built with efficiency in mind. This is a driving-based role; a reliable car is required
Requirements
- Weekday availability required
- Must be available during midday hours (10am–3pm is our highest demand)
- Highly dependable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a team
- Confident using mobile apps and email
- Calm, patient, and observant with animals
- Professional and respectful in client homes
- A reliable car is required
Responsibilities
- Dog walking and pet care visits during weekdays
- Safe handling of pets with varying personalities
- Accurate completion of visit notes and photos
- Daily schedule management and communication
