About The Position
Red Dog is seeking a Pet Care Specialist/Doggie Daycare Attendant for our boutique style Daycare for our Boston location. If you have a passion for pets and are looking to further your career in animal care, then this may be the position for you! The role involves various shifts, including morning shifts from 6am to 2:30pm, afternoon shifts from 11am to 7:30pm, and closing shifts from 1pm to 9:30pm. As a Pet Care Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily supervision and care of dogs during daycare, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day. This includes walking our guests for potty breaks, feeding them, and performing daily cleaning of our daycare rooms and surrounding areas. You will also be responsible for daily health monitoring of our guests, routine communication with pet parents, and providing door-to-door pick-up and drop-off service on foot for guests. Additionally, you will perform guest check-in/out, answer phone calls, schedule appointments/reservations, and provide administrative support by filing and maintaining records and charts.
