This position involves conducting physical inspections of structures to identify pests and assess infestations. The role requires managing accounts and controlling pests in various locations while communicating effectively with homeowners, homebuyers, and agents about planned work. The candidate will also be responsible for creating diagrams and graphs illustrating infestations, coordinating activities with other technicians and office staff, and handling daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks necessary to complete the job. Additionally, maintaining company-issued equipment and vehicle, attending meetings, and reporting client comments and feedback to management are essential duties.
