About The Position

As a Pest Technician, you will operate independently and be mobile, providing routine service to residential and commercial customers on route-based assignments. This role requires ensuring timely and safe arrival at each location and becoming proficient in applying company products for safe pest elimination. Technicians act as problem solvers, utilizing in-depth training to determine the best solutions for unique customer needs. You will also be responsible for identifying and informing customers about additional service offerings, assisting with sales to current customers, and expanding services to new customers. Strong communication skills are essential for providing product and service information while working with customers onsite.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving
Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded)
At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires
Friendly and dedicated to great customer service
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a crew

Responsibilities

Provide routine service to residential and commercial customers on route-based assignments

Help with sales to current customers and expand services to new customers
Display strong communication skills when providing product/service information to customers onsite
