Requirements
- No experience required - we provide paid training!
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Comfort working outdoors and in varied environments (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a rewarding career
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned customer route and build trusted relationships
- Inspect homes and businesses for pest issues
- Recommend and perform pest prevention and treatment services
- Generate leads and sell services to new and existing customers
- Work safely and efficiently with ongoing company support
