About The Position
Corky's Pest Control, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team in San Marcos, CA. Established in 1967, we are one of the leading pest control providers in Southern California, serving over 30,000 customers. Our technicians play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to various customer locations, assessing pest problems, and implementing specialized treatment plans. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be the vital link between our company and our clients. In this role, you will spend your days meeting with customers, providing recommendations for corrective actions to prevent future pest issues, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will be expected to deliver extraordinary customer service, respond to customer needs in a professional manner, and effectively communicate with both customers and coworkers. The job involves physical labor, including administering pest control measures in various environments, and requires the ability to work independently while maintaining your assigned route. Safety is a top priority, and you will be required to follow all safety guidelines, inspect and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure the cleanliness and working order of your assigned company vehicle. Additionally, you will utilize a handheld device to manage services and document any structural, sanitation, and pest issues encountered during your work.
