About The Position
As a Pest Control Technician at Bug Out, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a pest-free environment for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections to identify the sources of pest activity and developing tailored solutions using a variety of products and services. You will perform pest treatments and install necessary products to effectively eliminate pest presence. Additionally, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining service vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations. Customer experience is a key aspect of this role. You will build strong relationships with customers through friendly and courteous interactions during service visits. Listening to customer needs and providing appropriate solutions to their pest issues will be essential. You will also have the opportunity to identify additional service offerings that can add value to the customer experience. Continuous learning is encouraged in this position. You will receive paid training to become knowledgeable about the range of products and services we offer. Staying updated on the latest developments, trends, technology, and regulations in the pest control industry is vital. You will participate in employer-provided training on new methods and products, and you will be required to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses or certificates as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations.
