Experienced Pest Control Technician
About The Position
We’re looking for a skilled technician who understands product labels, application techniques, and integrated pest management strategies. You’ll diagnose pest issues accurately, implement effective treatment plans, and proactively prevent future infestations. Your expertise will allow you to recommend tailored solutions that truly meet each client’s needs. Beyond service, you’ll act as a trusted advisor — identifying additional treatment opportunities, educating clients, and contributing to account growth through strong relationships and solution-based recommendations. If you’re confident in your craft, take pride in your work, and are ready to own your route, we want you on our team. Wage Range: $20.00-$23.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is a hourly, non-exempt position.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's licenseâ and have a history of safe driving
- At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
- Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires
- Friendly and dedicated to great customer service
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a crew
- Encourage a positive team atmosphere & willingness to help others
