We're looking for team members who: Love working outdoors year-round Have strong customer service, communication, and time management skills Enjoy setting goals and take pride in their work Can work with basic hand tools, gas-powered augers, and lift up to 60 lbs Are willing to navigate and inspect crawlspaces Have a valid driver's license Want to learn valuable skills while helping others Care about doing the job safely and following proven safety practices-we train you, equip you, and support you every step of the way Have 5+ years of work experience or 3+ years in a service-based or safe driving role (a plus, but not required!)
