About The Position

Arrow Exterminators of Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to deliver exceptional service to residential and commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This is a production-based role with high earning potential. As a technician, you will embark on daily routes, becoming a hero to customers by eliminating pests and building lasting client relationships. Your duties will involve thoroughly inspecting properties, including attics and crawl spaces, to identify insects, harborage areas, and conducive conditions. You will then develop and explain personalized solutions to customers, collect payments, answer questions, and ensure your equipment and company vehicle are always in proper working order. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Possess a valid Driver's License
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
No experience necessary

Responsibilities

Provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM)
Enter attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess problems
Properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions
Devise and describe personalized solutions to customers
Collect service payments from customers
Answer customer questions
Keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times
