About The Position

In a Pest Control Technician position, you will have a daily route where you will service and treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) customer service experience
• 1+ year(s) sales experience
• 1+ year(s) pest control experience
• Experience working in attics
• Comfortable in attics and crawlspaces
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• You must be 18 or over.
• You must have a current valid driver's license.
• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• You must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator).
• You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and treating customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections
• Solving customers' pest concerns
• Exemplifying excellent customer service
• Maintaining customer relationships
• Providing strategic recommendations
• Inspecting homes to find any points of entry for insects and rodents
• Performing pest control treatments
• Coming up with any additional solutions to keep our customers pest-free
