About The Position
Pest USA is a family-owned and operated pest and termite control company, proudly serving customers since 1971. With a strong commitment to customer service and continued market expansion, we are seeking a driven Sales/Service Manager to lead growth and operations in the local market. Field-based role focused on servicing residential and commercial accounts, solving pest issues, and delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age with valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, crawling, climbing, etc.)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and customer service skills
- Pest control experience preferred; training and certification provided
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine pest control or termite treatments, including inspections, bait station monitoring, and service documentation
- Safely operate equipment, maintain company vehicle, and ensure compliance with service standards and customer agreements
- Inspect attics, crawl spaces, and other areas to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Manage daily routes, schedules, and inventory efficiently
- Identify additional service opportunities and contribute to revenue through upselling
- Maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety
