Requirements

A problem-solver with strong attention to detail
Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Valid pest control license (or willingness to obtain—we’ll help you get certified!)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A clean driving record and reliability

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in pest control
Applicator licenses in RI, CT, or MA (Or multiple!)
Certifications such as Quality Pro, Green Pro, or School Pro.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties
Identify pest issues and develop tailored treatment plans
Apply safe, effective pest control solutions
Educate customers on preventive strategies and long-term pest management
Document services and maintain accurate records
Operate and maintain a service vehicle and equipment
