Requirements

Physical Stamina: This role requires hard work and outdoor work in all types of weather.
Dependability: We expect you to show up on time and work with integrity, as our customers rely on us.
Strong Driving Record: Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 4 years, with no more than 2 violations and 1 accident in the past 3 years. No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 5 years.
Pass a Drug Test: Be prepared to pass a drug test during the interview and random tests thereafter.
Age Requirement: Insurance coverage requires employees to be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

Provide top-tier pest control services in a variety of environments.
Work outdoors in all types of weatherhot, cold, or wet.
Operate independently in the field, Monday to Saturday (with some flexibility for weekend work as needed).
Be an essential part of a team that plays a vital role in our customers safety and well-being.
