Location: Bend, OR 97701 Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday (Saturdays available) A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
Self-motivated and results driven.
Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
Pass a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (Preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

Good communication skills and investigating skills.
Crawling crawlspaces, inspecting, and setting traps.
Some knowledge of construction or experience. Use of power tools & cutting tools. We are responsible for building crawlspace access doors, and crawlspace vents.
Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
Use all safety equipment as instructed.
Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.
