Parshall is seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our growing Pest Division. This role focuses primarily on commercial pest control accounts, including restaurants, office buildings, and industrial spaces. You’ll also service residential properties as needed. Requirements

Previous pest control experience is requested
Strong work ethic, problem- solving skills, and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and managing a daily route
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Certified Pesticide Applicators license preferred, or willingness to obtain
Ability to lift 4 0+ pounds and work in varied outdoor conditions

Responsibilities

Inspect properties, diagnose pest issues, and deliver tailored treatment plans
Apply pesticides and treatments in accordance with regulatory standards
Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients about services and expectations
Maintain service records, equipment, and treatment logs
Navigate daily routes using a company vehicle and mobile app
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the field
