About The Position

The Pest Control Technician at HomeTeam is responsible for providing exceptional pest control services to homeowners while ensuring a professional appearance and maintaining a positive customer experience. This role involves diagnosing pest issues, offering solutions, and working independently on assigned routes. The technician will also be expected to maintain their pest control license and stay updated through training and seminars.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must successfully pass background and drug screening
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Work Saturdays, if needed.
