About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods, as well as experience with farm machinery, hand tools, and power tools. Requirements

• Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance, lawn care practices, and pest management techniques is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically in challenging situations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to pest control methods and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem.
• Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to individual client needs.
• Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and recommendations made.
• Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and provide guidance on maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Operate farm machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively during service calls.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
