About The Position

Green Pest Services, part of PestCo's family of companies, is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician specializing in termite remediation and prevention. PestCo, founded in late 2021, is one of the largest pest control companies in the US, offering residential and commercial services. Green Pest Services is committed to safe and effective, environmentally friendly pest control methods, drawing on years of experience from its owners who previously worked with major national pest control companies. The role involves providing pest solutions to commercial and residential structures, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Candidates must complete a short PestCo Assessment to be considered.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Pest Control experience or Pest Control License required
Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person
Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills
Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job
Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
Self-motivated and results driven
Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record
Pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Spray soil area (pads) before concrete is poured for buildings/homes (Pretreatment)
Occasional trench and treat and rodding
Treat studs before the installation and drywall is installed
Install Pest Tubes in homes
Maintain, inspect and sell Termite Bonds and Termite bait stations
Meet with General Contractors before, during and, after treatments are completed
Visit with new potential customers
Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers
Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations
Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs
Use all safety equipment as instructed
Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company

Sign On Bonus - $1500.00 (Fully Licensed Pest Control Technicians) - $500.00 paid upon 30 days of employment, $500.00 paid upon 90 days of employment and $500.00 paid upon 150 days of employment
