About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician - Sentricon to deliver exceptional service to residential and commercial customers. This role involves the installation, inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of Sentricon termite bait station systems. It is a production-based position with high earning potential. As a technician, you will be responsible for servicing customer bait stations, locating them with a device, inspecting their condition, recording termite activity, repairing or replacing damaged components, and providing service reports to customers. The role emphasizes building client relationships, demonstrating professionalism, and maintaining equipment and a company vehicle in proper operating condition. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Possess a valid Driver's License
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

Provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial pest control customers through proper installation, inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of Sentricon termite bait station systems
Service and inspect customer Sentricon termite bait stations
Find installed stations with locator device
Inspect and record bait station condition and active or previous termite activity
Repair or replace damaged or missing components
Document service findings and provide report to the customer
Collect service payments from customers
Keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition
