About The Position

Stark Exterminators, part of the Arrow Exterminators family of brands, is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Technician - Mosquito. This role involves providing uncompromised service to residential or commercial pest control customers by treating targeted areas using product granules, a backpack sprayer, blower, or motorized spray rig. It is a production-based position with industry-leading earning potential. Stark Exterminators is a family-owned and operated business since 1964, servicing 12 states with multiple offices to offer a personalized approach. As a technician, you will be recognized as a hero to customers, creating lifelong client relationships. Your daily tasks include performing thorough exterior inspections and evaluations of customer properties, identifying insects, pest activity, harborage areas, and conducive conditions, and determining the best course of service. You will devise and describe personalized solutions to customers, collect service payments, answer questions, and maintain your equipment and company vehicle in proper operating condition.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
  • No experience necessary (training will be provided)

Responsibilities

  • Provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial pest control customers.
  • Treat targeted areas using product granules, backpack sprayer, blower, or motorized spray rig.
  • Perform thorough exterior inspection and evaluation of customer properties.
  • Properly identify insects, pest activity, harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
  • Determine the best course of service.
  • Devise and describe a personalized solution to customers.
  • Collect service payments from customers.
  • Answer customer questions.
  • Keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition.
