Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided, along with all company resources, to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs. Possess a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and to be self-motivated. Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training. Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records. Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed. Why IFC? Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experienced Pest Control Technican with a current WA State License, PCO General!
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
