About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Commercial Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). Requirements

• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
• Able to pass internal technical exams.
• Possess current Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule depending on customer's service requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services to commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management approach.
• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to assess pest problems and identify insects, rodents, and pest harborage areas.
• Apply expertise to treat and prevent pest infestations.
• Maintain bait boxes, traps, and monitor boards.
• Demonstrate professional commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• Keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition.
