About The Position
The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is one of the fastest growing pest control companies in the country, dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for pest-free living while spreading happiness. We are currently seeking a Pest Control Technician - Additional Services who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing various pest control services. These services include termite, mosquito, insulation, exclusion, German roach, rodent and wildlife removal, as well as flea/tick and bed bug treatments. The ideal candidate will join our team to help maintain a pest-free environment for our customers, ensuring their homes and businesses remain comfortable and safe. As an Additional Service Technician, you will be tasked with the installation of our additional services, which involves providing exclusion and manual solutions for rodent control, as well as remediation services in crawl spaces and attics. You will be expected to utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work closely with inspectors to deliver the best solutions for our customers. Your role will also require effective communication with customers, explaining service features and benefits, and maintaining accurate service records. You will operate a company vehicle, manage inventory, and adhere to safety protocols in all job areas, including driving and service. This position is physically demanding, requiring regular lifting and movement, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. The work environment may expose you to extreme temperatures and moderate noise levels.
