The Start Technician (Start Tech) is responsible for providing 5-star customer service to new customers, performing the first pest control application by applying chemicals and other manual solutions to eliminate pests. We are hiring for a 100% seasonal Start Technician to support our EcoShield Milwaukee Branch. This is a great opportunity for individuals open to short-term travel and interested in gaining experience in a new market.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
• Driving record must meet the company's insurance standards.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers, ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Interact with customers to explain service features and benefits, providing exceptional customer service.
• Follow scheduled routes, communicate with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate, organized records.
• Maintain equipment, vehicle, and personal safety gear in good working condition, while utilizing technology to manage appointments and customer records.
