About The Position
Pest Management Professional (We Train) We’re ready to train a few good people for a long-term career in professional pest management. This is not a desk job and not a short-term gig. It’s hands-on, independent work that matters. Our Pest Control Department is looking for people who take pride in a job done right, enjoy working outdoors, and want to genuinely help others. As a Pest Management Professional, you play an important role in protecting health, property, and the environment. You’ll work directly with customers, solve real-world problems, and continually build technical knowledge you can be proud of. We value service, quality, education, and transparency—and we’re looking for people who do too.
Requirements
- Must be insurable as a driver in the State of California, including a clean driving record and a minimum of three years of driving experience
- Must pass a background check that does not reveal issues preventing licensing by the California Structural Pest Control Board
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
