The Regular Service Technician (Reg Tech) provides exceptional customer service during regular maintenance appointments, applying chemicals and manual solutions to eliminate pests and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is on-site and reports to our Omaha, NE branch.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.
  • Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

  • Safely apply pesticides and pest control solutions to building interiors and exteriors, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations, provide customized treatment solutions, and communicate with the office as needed.
  • Interact with customers to explain services, maintain accurate records, and manage inventory, equipment, and vehicle upkeep.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements, while using technology to manage appointments and service documentation.

  • This position offers an hourly base pay range of ($14.00)/hour, with additional compensation opportunities, and expected yearly income at $42,000 - $58,000 per year
