First-year earnings are estimated at $42,000-$45,000, and veteran technicians can make $50,000 and more. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years with an acceptable driving record
A commitment to safety
Ability and willingness to work in various areas and conditions, including crawlspaces, attics, and in all types of weather
Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and crawl
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical ability test, and background screening
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance

Responsibilities

Leave your home in a company vehicle and go straight to your first customer
Serve your customers by inspecting their property to assess pest issues, clearly explaining pest control principles to prescribe a solution, and treating their home or business
Build trust and develop relationships with your recurring maintenance customers
Submit accurate work orders on your company issued iPad
Maintain your service vehicle, equipment, and materials
Meet new people every day and help protect their homes and businesses from unwanted pests
Drive your company vehicle back to your home
