Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prior experience in the pest control industry or in any client-facing position
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent at multitasking even under pressure
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential residential clients to identify pest control needs
- Present and explain pest control solutions and service plans and guide each customer through the sales consultation process
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Educate clients on pest prevention and control measures
- Work with other Pest Control Sales Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
