Requirements

  • A clean driving record.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of pest control sales experience or equivalent (other sales experience may be considered).
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • The ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Physical ability to move constantly, access attics or crawl spaces.
  • Self motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to demonstrate and practice a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Motivation to work independently while contributing to a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Pest Control experience preferred.
  • Pesticide licensing highly desired
  • Pesticide Licensing gained after employment.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers to schedule appointments or inspections.
  • Measure and calculate the cost of services.
  • Prospect for new business leads through various channels, including cold calling and door-to-door sales.
  • Prepare sales contracts and necessary documentation.
  • Complete indoor and outdoor home/commercial inspections.
  • Explain findings and recommend solutions to pest/termite control problems.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on leads.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
