About The Position

Mosquito & Pest Authority is expanding and actively hiring a high-performing Sales Professional to join our team. This role is NOT entry-level. We are looking for a proven, polished, disciplined sales performer who wants a long-term, high-income career. Highly organized and detailed individual needed. About the Role You will prospect, sell, and grow residential, commercial, and HOA accounts within your territory. This is a true outside sales position with strong support, structured training, and substantial earning potential.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of outside sales success
High closing ratio with professional communication and presence
Strong time management and territory planning skills
Comfortable selling to homeowners, businesses, and HOA boards
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Self-driven and able to perform with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Drive new business through residential, commercial, and HOA channels
Conduct onsite inspections and deliver professional proposals
Develop B2B relationships with property managers, builders, commercial facilities, and community boards
Prospect daily (cold and warm) to maintain a strong pipeline
Close recurring service agreements and manage long-term accounts
Follow a documented sales process and maintain CRM accuracy
