About The Position

We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Pest Control Sales Person to generate new business and grow client relationships. You'll educate customers, identify pest concerns, and recommend the right service solutions. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and thrives in a field-based, performance-oriented environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in sales or marketing is a plus
• Previous sales experience preferred—door-to-door or service sales is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling locally
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems or mobile sales tools
• Ability to quickly learn pest control basics and service offerings

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and follow-ups
• Conduct on-site assessments to identify pest concerns and service needs
• Present service options clearly and close sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Keep accurate records of leads, proposals, and closed sales
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Work with service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
