About The Position

REGIONAL ASSISTANT Fox Pest Control is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Regional Assistant to support regional leadership and help drive operational excellence across multiple branches. As a Regional Assistant, you will work closely with the Regional Manager and branch leadership teams to assist with performance tracking, communication, operational projects, and leadership development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is eager to grow into higher leadership, and is passionate about supporting teams and building strong operational foundations. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, pest control, or a related industry
  • Leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Coachable mindset with a strong desire to grow into leadership
  • Positive, optimistic, and professional attitude
  • Emotional maturity and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environment
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Willingness to travel up to 25–40% to regional branches

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Previous pest control experience

Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Manager in day‑to‑day regional operations
  • Help represent and reinforce the Fox Core Values across branches
  • Assist with tracking KPIs, reporting metrics, and compiling performance insights
  • Participate in regular communication with Branch Managers and regional leadership
  • Help coordinate regional meetings, projects, and leadership initiatives
  • Provide administrative and operational support for regional growth initiatives
  • Assist with branch visits, audits, and follow‑up action items
  • Support leadership development efforts for Branch Managers and future leaders
  • Help maintain strong customer relationships and operational standards
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership when needed
  • Take ownership of delegated projects and follow through to completion
