Requirements

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong communication skills
Ability to pass background check
Ability to obtain state licensing (company sponsored)
Coachable and open to feedback
Detail-oriented
Confident discussing pricing and recommending additional services when appropriate
Comfortable working independently
Professional in appearance and communication
Takes pride in craftsmanship
Work on your feet most of the day
Work in all Pacific Northwest weather conditions
Enter crawlspaces, attics, and confined areas
Lift 50+ lbs
Repetitive bending and kneeling
Comfortable using ladders

Responsibilities

Protect homes and businesses while proactively identifying additional pest protection needs for customers
Perform inspections and identify pest activity
Implement treatments and exclusion work
Educate customers and provide clear recommendations
Document services accurately in our field service software (FieldRoutes)
Maintain company vehicle and equipment
Delivering consistent, high-quality service
Maintaining strong customer satisfaction scores
Completing routes efficiently and accurately
Communicating professionally with customers and team members
Taking ownership of issues and resolving them fully
Generating additional revenue through honest, needs-based recommendations that improve customer protection
