Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, motivated Commercial & Residential Pest Control Sales Representative . This role requires at least 2 years of professional pest control experience , ideally as a technician, commercial specialist, or in a sales/hybrid role. You will meet with homeowners and business owners, conduct on-site inspections, identify pest issues, and present tailored solutions from our full suite of services - residential memberships, commercial programs, termite protection, mosquito & tick services, exclusion, and rat control.

Requirements

  • at least 2 years of professional pest control experience
  • ideally as a technician, commercial specialist, or in a sales/hybrid role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct residential and commercial inspections using your pest control knowledge
  • Diagnose pest issues, identify conducive conditions, and provide expert recommendations
  • Present Freedom's service programs and close new business
  • Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Build long-term customer relationships with excellent communication and follow-through
  • Manage your schedule and pipeline independently
  • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and technicians for seamless onboarding
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
  • Represent Freedom Pest Control professionally in homes and businesses across our service area
