Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Drug-free
High school diploma or equivalent
Licensing (WSDA): Laws & Safety Ornamental Weed Ornamental Insect & Disease PCO General
Reliable, motivated, and take pride in your work
Comfortable working independently and outdoors
Professional with customers and teammates
Organized, detail-oriented, and ethical

Responsibilities

Treat lawns, trees, shrubs, and structures to control pests and promote healthy landscapes
Inspect properties and communicate recommendations to customers
