Requirements

3+ years of proven outside-sales success
A strong closing ratio and professional communication skills
A sharp, polished presence in front of homeowners and executives alike
Elite time-management and territory-planning discipline
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
A self-driven mindset with the ability to excel independently

Responsibilities

Drive consistent growth across residential, commercial, and HOA accounts
Perform onsite evaluations and present sharp, professional proposals
Build and strengthen B2B relationships (property managers, builders, commercial facilities, HOA boards)
Prospect daily — both cold and warm — to fuel a high-velocity pipeline
Close recurring service agreements and expand your portfolio
Follow a documented sales process and maintain precise CRM records
Represent the brand with confidence, credibility, and executive presence
